Kind of spoils your Bush Bashing doesn;t it? You won;t think he got justice at the end of his sentence either. 
He was convicted and sentenced by a more than fair trial, aquitted of the worst charges, with a more than lenient sentence on the conviction. Even the judge wished him to soon be back home with his family soon.
If anything, they bent over backwards to be the jury would be fair and impartial, and they were. That is justice in our system, trial by a unbiased jury. |

It is my understanding that he will likely not be released upon completion of his sentence. If that is the case, then it would be unjust. Whether it's you, me, or some admitted criminal. Justice is blind.
I'll be amazed if he's a free man upon completion of his sentence. I'll be wrong too. I guess we'll know soon enough as his sentence will be completed in less than 5 months. |

Why try anybody? Prisoners of war stay in custody until the war is over.
Just make sure they get their Red Cross parcels and keep an eye out for strange piles of dirt... |
