As the world rushes to pull the film off the Web. Nicely done, very professional video. World Politics Meets Pop Culture, C/O Hollywood, CA, USA. Multiple awards from Beverly Hills film clubs. It couldn't possibly have anything to do with (here's your cue, Jaack) Mainstream Media. Written and directed by Abdallah and Sufyan Omeish, two politically neutral Arabs that are not supported by terrorist organizations including, for crying out loud, the Irish Republican Army.
Isn't it odd that the kind of folks that make films like this are the same as the ones that throw rocks at the cops during 'peaceful' protests, thereby CAUSING the events that get filmed?

If you watched the damned video then the images themselves speak plenty of truth. One could turn the sound off and still the power of truth would cut through cleanly. It is not Israeli homes you see leveled for miles. It is not Isreali children you see with bullet holes in them from American made or paid for ammunition.
Genicide is being committed on a grand scale in Palistine, and the Zionist are most certainly the executioners. Of course Israel has suicide bomers to content with, the Palistinian peope have no other weapon left to them. They are being invaded and massacurred wholesale. And the American people are finacing the kulling of the rightful and historical owners of the lands. |

4 Gaza militants killed in retaliatory airstrike

An Israeli airstrike killed four Palestinian militants as they fired mortars from the Gaza Strip on Sunday, Palestinian officials said, just hours after another group of militants struck Israel in a separate rocket attack.
The violence was the latest in a surge of clashes that have rocked a 5-month-old truce between Israel and Gaza's militant Hamas rulers. Both sides say they would like to preserve the Egyptian-mediated truce, which is due to expire next month, but events over the past two weeks signal the opposite is happening.
The militants killed in the airstrike were from a small Hamas-allied group known as the Popular Resistance Committees. Abu Attaya, a spokesman for the group, said the four were firing mortars at Israel when they were killed.
The Israeli military said the airstrike targeted a rocket squad in northern Gaza.
After the strike, dozens of onlookers converged on the bodies of two of the dead men shouting "God is great." They then carried the bodies, one wrapped in a blanket, to a nearby civilian car.
Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum threatened retaliation. "Today's crime will not pass without punishment," he said.
At sundown a rocket launched from Gaza hit a house under construction in the battered Israeli border town of Sderot, slightly wounding a resident, police and media reports said.
Palestinians launched two other rockets earlier in the day. No one was hurt, the military said.
According to the Israeli military's count, Palestinians have sent more than 170 rockets and mortars flying at Israel since the violence resumed nearly two weeks ago. Israeli troops have killed 15 militants, and two more died in unclear circumstances. No civilians have been killed on either side.
Israeli leaders signaled they had not given up on the cease-fire. Speaking Sunday ahead of the Israeli Cabinet's weekly meeting, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said, "We are not eager for battle but we do not fear it."

I didn't make the movie smart guy.
But since you bring it up............
The Palistinians are not invading Israel..........the Israeli's are invading Palistine. Therefore the Palistinians have the right to meet violence with violence in self defense. As any nation being invaded might be expected to act.
Noone here is saying the Palistinians have not killed Israeli's. What would you expect the people to do when they slaughter thier families, and bulldoze thier homes. Hell yes they are fighting back, what the hell else could they do. What choice have they been left with, just sit and wait to die?
Please show me the pictures of Israeli homes being bulldozed, and tanks shooting up thier towns. Show me the Palistinian Air Force conducting air strikes on fully populated area's of the city. You can't and you won't because they don't exist.
Because one country is a powerful nuclear armed agressor backed by the USA. And the other is a victim of a war of conquest.
The truth only has one side kid. |

C_G, I never said you made the movie. If you'd just check a little, you'd see how many times material like this can be linked to terrorist organizations. It happens a lot more than you think it does, so I check out stuff like this as a general rule. Like emails promising Internet millions, if you swallow the line it can cause serious heartaches. 
I wasn't aware you need bulldozers, tanks and airplanes to wage guerilla warfare; Palestinians make do with AK-47s, grenades, suicide bombers, car bombs, rockets and mortars just fine.
Truth in any armed conflict is always dependent on point of view, C_G. To the Japanese, Germans and Italians, we were Bad Guys in WWII, while most of the rest of the Free World saw us as trusted friends. You just happen to share the Palestinian point of view, at least for now. It's the mutual bloodshed that is the bad thing, I think we can at least agree on that, my original point being it's MUTUAL. 
As for the kid part, thanks, I'll take it as a compliment, you're the second person I've heard it from lately, the other was the 85-year-old lady next door. Makes looking 50 square in the eye ever so much more tolerable.  |

Calling Israel and Palistine a mutually agressive conflict is hardly accurate in my view.
It is the Palistinians being attacked, so that automaticly puts them on the defensive. Condemning them is akin to condemning a man for his right to life and his own property, and the defense thereof. |

Agreed. If a foreign force tried to bulldoze homes in my community I'd for sure make do with whatever was around, and I'd not give a damn about the rest of the world viewing me as a barbarian and a terrorist for the defence of my home. In fact they had best show up with soldiers because that's the only way that they'd be able to make use of the bulldozer, with me outta the way.
FAR better to die in defence of your freedom than live without it. Period. |

Martian, if both sides had equal access to the same quality and quantity of weapons, I'd blame both sides equally. If one group wasn't stealing farm land from the other, I'd blame both sides equally. If my tax money wasn't being used to support this unfairness, I wouldn't care.
Your story misses the part that Israel started this latest conflict and the "militants" were retaliating. Did you know that 90% of what Hamas does is actually charitable work? What is the primary role of the IDF? |

I'll never get the point across to them. They were so into the film they never looked up its makers. Not surprising to me at all that it's an effort to raise funds for terrorist groups; they know Americans love to help the underdog and are shocked by pictures of dead children. Easy prey for terrorists' fund raisers, they don't believe the guys running such operations are bright enough to fool them.   |

Well this video perhaps was made for funding terrorist operations. But what's a terrorist operation? We don't know all the circumstances, they're defending their homes, they may be doing some bad things, like someone -I think PNG- said it's not hard when their enemy is not exactly without guilt. But the Israeli ARMY is showing up and bulldozing civilian houses there is a problem. I would certainly defend my home to the best of my limited ability if the army came to my house and was going to try and bulldoze my house while pulling my mothers hair while she tried to get in to get my siblings. They got guns, I'd lose, but you wouldn't be sending armament to the military that did it after that would you? Or perhaps you (the US, not you personally, I realize you're not the one that makes these decisions) would. If Israel is getting ammunition and money from America they should not be allowed to demolish villages to make room for their own.
Same as McDonalds shouldn't be allowed to cut up the rainforest for cow pasters. |

Really, it's the text that says that, in person I'm not festered or anything as everyone assumes I am. Perhaps I should consider a new writing style eh?
But really. The conflict over there is two sided, and as usual, we don't have any knowledge of it whatsoever. What we have is what the media tells us, and we all know that the media is a really trustworthy source don't we?  |
