I live in Arizona City, AZ and observed these same planes. We thought they had something do to with the Eloy sky diving location. I often see the jumpers here from my house.

They were noisy. There were a lot of planes. They did fly all throughout the day. It was hard, if not impossible, not to hear and notice them.
