There was still a deficit at the end, and yes military spending was cut by 50%+ during clintoris' reign.
Iraq was not illegally invaded MORONinor. They had specific conditions for a cease fire that were not met. THE LAW WAS ENFORCED MORONINOR. |

"Cease fire"??? Wtf are you talking about?? There was no cease fire. There were under UN orders to let Weapon Inspectors look for WMDs, to which they were complying.
The UN weapons inspectors were there, on the ground in the process of looking for WMDs which they hadn't found any evidence of. So Bushco, realizing that if the UN weapons inspectors actually completed their inspection and told the world that Iraq possessed no WMDs he wouldn't have the backing to invade them. That's when he announced his invasion. The UN inspectors were pulled out, and without the consent of the UN, he illegally invaded a sovereign country that had been in the process of complying with a UN order to show that they had no WMDs.
