I've suggested that Terence's brain tumor was caused by his exclusive use of the cell phone while living on the island and he also had a dish that connected him to the internet. His home was off the grid otherwise.
Anyway, I do have a collection of his lectures but other then this it seems that not much is mentioned about him in the media these days, that I am aware of. And I sometimes wonder why?
I'm posting here to offer this link regarding the 2012 date that he mathamatically concluded previous to his having knowledge of the mayan calendar.

I'd like to add that I have an adult son who was born with cerebral palsy. He survived an attempted suicide in 94. In the past few years he's had some interesting things to say. He doesn't use the computer net, magazines, or watch much tv. However when you ask him about the sun, he says the sun is going to blow up.
A couple of months ago (now mind you, he does have diffuse damage to his brain) he said that he saw people just going crazy. I asked him where he saw this. He said he didn't remember and had I pressed him, he would become very agitated/frustrated. I have to ask him gently about the curious things he has to say. And sure enough when I asked him for just a little more detail, he could only remember that people were going nuts all over the place. This is about all I could get from him.
..as an aside, just now my husband walked in from playing horseshoes down the street. He isn't reading this as I'm typing. He sat down next me and immediately started talking about the big X Class flair that will blow up this place...I asked him what's going to happen... and he said... it will do it's own polar shift, neutralize this place and nothing will work. Wow, what an incredible coincidence that I was creating this post and that was the first thing he said when he came in the door....
Some folks think that Terence was a space case, well he might have been just that.

I've never heard of Terence McKenna before, but I'll check him out.
Has your son ever said anything that has come true before? I have a cousin with cerebral palsy and he makes up stories about who is visiting him and what activities took place. None of it's true, it's just stuff that he wants to happen. |
