| I believe it is just a reflection on bevelled glass. It moves just as I would expect it to do so when the person causing the reflection moves. |

There is another video, I believe from another speech, that shows an "alien" behind Bush. I think it clears up any doubts on what it is, I think it is easier to see it is a reflection. Also, aliens have managed to avoid us successfully for all of time, it would be a bit silly for one to stand behind the president of America, in front of the world's press.

Maybe the alien is standing outside, but cloaked. However you can still see his reflection in the window. |
