Although there are many forums which have threads on them supporting Ron Paul and his grand rally and or march on Washington, I will list it here when we decide on a date for it so stay alert citizens! And keep supporting Congressman Ron Paul for Congress and for the presidency too. |

March 10, 2008
This is a letter from Ron Paul's son to all of us:
Rand Paul: Is the Revolution Over or Just Beginning?
by Rand Paul, MD | March 8, 2008
Reports that Ron Paul has quit the Presidential Race remind me of Mark Twain's famous "Reports of my death are greatly exaggerated." The Ron Paul Presidential campaign continues, albeit at a different pace.
What does that mean?
Ron Paul will continue to contest the remaining primaries. Ron Paul's name will be on all the remaining state ballots. Ron Paul volunteers are encouraged to become precinct captains, delegates to state and national conventions, and to try pass Constitutional proposals to each state's Republican platform.
For example, volunteers in each state should try to attach amendments such as the following: Republicans believe that war should only be fought after a proper Declaration of War by Congress. Another possible platform idea is that: Republican Congressmen are expected to vote against any federal budget, Republican or Democrat, that is not balanced.
Want to have some fun? Just imagine the fun when the debate begins on these ideas.
Is Ron Paul still campaigning for president? Yes. Ron Paul has tentative plans to campaign in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. Ron Paul will also likely appear in other states that have remaining primaries.
The press is reporting that Ron Paul has quit the race. This is not true.
Ron Paul's video simply acknowledges that the campaign will continue but will also transform into additional activities such as education and supporting other candidates. In Kentucky we just held precinct conventions and Ron Paul Republicans won hundreds of precinct captains. In Kyle, Texas, Craig Young upset the establishment choice for Republican County Chairman.
The Ron Paul Revolution lives on! Victory comes in many forms. Help shape what the Ron Paul revolution becomes.

RON PAUL IS STILL IN THE RACE!
3/14/2008
Last week, Ron Paul did a 7 minute campaign video update that left some of us out there a bit confused? Yet Dr. Paul's marching orders in the video were clear... "... we do still encourage all effort to gain the maximum number of votes and delegates in all the remaining Primaries..."
Since that video update, we've now had this week to get additional clarification from both Ron and his son Rand Paul.
Click here to review their updates:
Ron Paul on CNN, Monday March 10th..watch here:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcsYdjX502Y
This article is posted just before this posting:
Rand Paul - Is the Revolution Over, or Just Beginning?
So how should these updates affect us in the remaining states? They shouldn't change us one bit from our original objectives.
When this began there were 11 candidates running for the GOP Presidential nomination - now there are two and Ron Paul is one of them.
Don't believe the media spin or rumors that this campaign is now over. Listen to Dr. Paul yourself. Ron Paul has not suspended, or ended his campaign, and the job before us is the same as before. Despite the manipulation and lies told in the mainstream media, know this:
John McCain has NOT won the nomination and won't. At least not until the voting takes place in September at the National Convention in Minneapolis. If McCain doesn't self-implode by then it will be a miracle - September is a long ways away and more skeletons comes out on McCain daily.
Also, the majority of his so called delegates are not "bound" or required to vote for him, even if McCain won that particular state's popular vote.
One thing's for sure... a majority of delegates released first by Romney and now by Huckabee find John McCain repugnant and do not want to vote for him.
The good news is that depending on the state, those delegates don't have to!
Again, do NOT fall for the lies and spin coming from the media. This race is not over by a long shot.
For instance in the state of Montana, we all know Ron Paul took second in the February Presidential Caucus (behind Romney, who has now officially released his Montana delegates).
The soon to be elected delegates from Montana, who will represent you and I at the National Convention, are now legally free to vote for the Presidential candidate of their choice.
Our next task - help Ron Paul to take FIRST in the June 3rd Primary, and send a LOUD MESSAGE to the GOP powers that be (both National and State) that we do not accept John McCain as their "presumptive" nominee.
Immediate Action Items:
If you do nothing else, do this: file to become a Precinct Committeeman or Committeewoman.
Continue to spread Ron's message of "Hope for America"
We must continue to educate all the available states that are left for the GOP nomination vote on the important issues that the Ron Paul campaign has used to wake up the masses. Let your communities know that Ron Paul is still in the race. The people can still send a very strong message by voting on principle, and not letting the media decide who gets our vote.
As we work to accomplish our goals, it's best to assume we may not get cooperation, and in fact might face strong opposition from state and/or local GOP leaders for us not getting in line and supporting McCain.
Not to worry. We have principle and right on our side. That along with a good game plan and the best grassroots army in the nation, and we will deliver the rest of the states left to and for Ron Paul.
Don't give up citizens, you can play a vital role in our success moving forward the Ron Paul nomination for the GOP leader and the presidency.
Never give up, Never surrender!

Ron Paul is still in the race for the GOP nomination and the presidency!
THIS IS A MUST READ FOR ALL CITIZENS WHO ARE HAVING TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING THE PRESENT RON PAUL PRESIDENTIAL RUN
3/15/2008
Brokered Convention GOP Nomination Five State Rule
Ok, so there is a lot of confusion as to how Ron Paul could pull off a victory at a brokered convention if he can't even participate. Why wouldn't he be able to participate, you ask? Because there is a GOP Rule (click here to view the rules),
http://www.gop.com/About/AboutRead.aspx?Guid=a4cc4fcb-6043-4af2-860a-41ae912a2c42
Republican • National • Committee
Rule Number 40, paragraph (b) that gives the impression he would need to win five (5) states to participate in the convention. But this impression is incorrect. He doesn't have to win 5 states according to popular vote, he just needs to demonstrate a majority of delegates within 5 states that would vote for him. Please understand there other equations to this formula, but I am demonstrating the simplest and most likely to occur. Let's break it down, shall we?
The Rule states:
(b) Each candidate for nomination for President of the United States and Vice President of the United States shall demonstrate the support of a majority of the delegates from each of five (5) or more states, severally, prior to the presentation of the name of that candidate for nomination.
Ok, there are two important phrases here: DEMONSTRATE THE SUPPORT and PRIOR TO THE PRESENTATION. What this means is if Ron Paul wins five (5) states according to the popular vote we see on the news, he's a shoe in, because that is enough demonstration and it was prior to the presentation for nomination. Fair enough, right? Knowing this, any of the other candidates have nothing to worry about, because each of them has already won 5 states according to the popular vote. But what about Ron Paul? He hasn't won any state according to popular vote, so he must be out right? Wrong! And hopefully you will begin to understand why.
The news is showing you a "guesstimation" of the delegates based on the popular vote. It makes sense too, because they are trying to keep as simple as possible for people because they just can't predict the future because nobody (delegates) has actually voted yet, therefore they are assuming that all the state delegates elected will vote for the candidate that won the state. But if they had to break it down further, then they would show you the REAL NUMBERS, whereby these numbers would reflect how many of these district delegates within each state would actually vote for which candidate. For example, in the state of Maine, Ron Paul won around 35% of the actual district delegate count within the districts. That was "way ahead of McCain." These district delegates then vote on who will represent the state, otherwise known as "state delegates." The state delegates then go to St. Paul and attend the convention and they are the ones who vote at the convention.
Now, if Ron Paul has won 35% of the actual district delegates, then don't you think they would vote for as many Ron Paul district delegates to become state delegates as possible? And let's say Romney drop outs in a month BEFORE VOTING OCCURS and endorses McCain. He transfers all of his delegates to McCain. If the voting occurs in May for the state delegates, then suddenly many Romney District Delegates decide not to stick around anymore (which does occur, because why waste their own time, right?) It's not that they don't like McCain, but they just don't want to devote their time anymore because Romney was their guy... so they call it quits and give up their positions -- and now up come the "Alternates". Now imagine if these alternates are again, RON PAUL SUPPORTERS. The voting now occurs in May and Ron Paul ends up with 75% of the total state delegate count. This state was assumed to vote for Romney because he won the state by popular vote -- but now that he's dropped out, people think it will be a slam dunk for McCain because he supposedly gets the delegate support of the Romney team. But as you can see, that is clearly NOT the case. Since Maine is not a winner take all state, Ron Paul has just demonstrated he now has support from the state of Maine, because he has the majority of state delegates voting. Since the GOP isn't looking for FACTUAL PROOF and only looking for a demonstration, that's one state in the bag for Ron Paul. Since the voting occurred in May -- it meets the rules because it happened PRIOR to the convention.
After these examples, I am sure you can see what can happen. But will it happen? Yes, that is the big question my friends. Many nay sayers chant "Not a chance!" And they could be right if Ron Paul doesn't get enough delegates to support him in the districts, as well as enough delegates to support him in the states. There is also the importance of needing candidates to drop out. The more that drop out, the better -- but again, ONLY IF WE SUCCEED IN COLLECTING DELEGATES. Are we succeeding -- yes we are, because MANY SUPPORTERS are starting to understand and are signing up to be one. It's all about the delegates and it's easy to be one as well, as long as you qualify.
So for those of you that really want Ron Paul to win but cannot donate money, then sign up to be delegates now! It's not difficult and believe it or not, you have the power to change the country. So the choice is yours -- and as I always say, don't blame Ron Paul or Grassroots if he doesn't win -- blame ourselves for not becoming delegates. 22 states have yet to vote, so get out there on the line and do something about it, because it ain't over and we still have a huge advantage, because all the other camps are laughing about the whole the delegate strategy -- I know, because I've seen it.
Please understand there are more hurdles ahead that could prevent this from happening, but if we do our part, then trust me, Ron Paul is going to SHOCK AND ROCK the convention! So be a delegate!! Have faith!

Become a delegate for the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign
Ron Paul can and will become our next president if you become a delegate!
What is a delegate?
A delegate is essentially a super-voter; They get to vote for the GOP nominee. Regular voters will ONLY be voting to determine the number of delegates for the candidates in your state Primary (or caucus); Regular voters can't vote for the GOP nominee. Remember, our system of government is a republic and not a democracy. Now you can understand why it's so important to become a delegate because delegates determine who the GOP nominee is!
The only way for Ron Paul to become President is if he gets the GOP nomination; The only way for Ron Paul to get the GOP nomination is if we become delegates. As delegates, we'll be voting to pick the GOP nominee just like the electors in the electoral college vote to pick the President; Delegates determine and decide who the GOP nominee is—it's that critical!
There hasn't been a brokered convention for more than 60 years! And the good news is that Ron Paul doesn't have to win a single state to get the GOP nomination; He just needs to win the delegates! So your delegate vote will count that much more; In other words, Ron Paul can secure the GOP nomination with your vote!
You typically start at your precinct (district) convention as a delegate and work your way up to state, and finally, the RNC; But it may even be as easy as calling your Secretary of State Elections Division, signing some forms and getting signatures! Ron Paul supporters will walk through rain, snow, ice, fire, hazardous waste for this revolution so performing the aforementioned will be a cakewalk.
The GOP nomination will ultimately be decided at the Republican National Convention which will take place in St. Paul, Minnesota. September 1-4, 2008.
Please watch the video below and peruse the instructions on how to become a delegate for Ron Paul. Afterwards, get together with your family, friends, local Meetup groups (ronpaul.meetup.com) to discuss and organize how to flood your conventions with Ron Paul delegates.
"We Only Have One Shot At This!" - Debbie Hopper, RPCC Assistant Campaign Manager
If we don't become delegates, then Ron Paul will not get the GOP nomination. If Ron Paul doesn't get the GOP nomination, then the Ron Paul Revolution is OVER. Don't let this happen: Become a Delegate!

It's not over - Ron Paul is still running for the GOP nomination for the Presidency!
Congressman Ron Paul makes a shrewd decision to safeguard amazing progress made by retaining Congressional seat
2/9/2008
After months of media censorship, smear attacks and dirty tricks by the elitists and neocons etc., Ron Paul was essentially left with four choices.
1. Drop out of the Republican race altogether and allow the establishment to claim a hollow victory while disappointing his legions of supporters. This was never going to happen.
2. Drop out of the Republican race and run as a third party candidate. Up against Hillary and McCain, Paul would have had a 20-30% chance of success but would have immediately endangered his Congressional seat.
3. Seek to capitalize on a brokered convention should the Republican's conservative base move against the left-leaning John McCain. This was always a remote option because to have any chance of success, Paul would have had to be trailing McCain by just a few percentage points in the primary results, which was not the case.
4. Stay in the presidential race in the hope that a scandal would cripple McCain and leave Paul going head to head with Huckabee[but he dropped out, so Ron Paul will go head to head with McCain because McCain is corrupt and does have a criminal and corrupt background and agenda, and he will be further exposed for his corruption and then Ron Paul will get the Republican nomination for the presidency. Let's all hope this happens so Ron Paul can get the Republican nomination. And let's all apply to be delegates for Ron Paul in the states that are left to appoint delegates! See IAM1's previous articles about how to become a delegate for Ron Paul on this thread] but essentially shift all campaigning efforts to focus on his Congressional seat which is now under threat.
Paul rightfully picked the fourth option and in doing so has adopted a rearguard stance to safeguard the influence he has already accrued as a result of appearing in the debates on the campaign trail. Should he retain his seat, Paul will return to Congress with the backing of a gigantic grass roots following the likes of which has not been enjoyed by any other politician in recent times.
The Congressman summed it up in this passage of his press release last night.
"I also have another priority. I have constituents in my home district that I must serve. I cannot and will not let them down. And I have another battle I must face here as well. If I were to lose the primary for my congressional seat, all our opponents would react with glee, and pretend it was a rejection of our ideas. I cannot and will not let that happen."
Paul's Texas District 14 congressional seat is being challenged by pro-war Neo-Con Chris Peden, who deceived the Congressman by going back on his word that he wouldn't run against Paul during the presidential race. The Paul campaign have evaluated the circumstances and the consequences of losing the Congressional seat and have responded accordingly.
In shifting the focus of his campaign, Paul will still be able to use the millions raised in his name to hold his district and he will still appear in national debates to educate people about the real power structure that seeks to control and dominate us.
The focus now shifts to the Ron Paul Congressional race and if we can help Ron Paul retain his seat then the power of our message of freedom will be amplified in Congress, especially if and when Hillary Clinton is anointed in the White House and continues the same policies we saw under Bush. [But don't settle for any other presidential candidate citizens, because Ron Paul is still in the race and he can win if we all focus our efforts towards the GOP nomination for Ron Paul.]
[But don't give up on Ron Paul folks! He can still win the presidency, you all just need to visit his website and try to become delegates for him and vote for him as one of his delegates and get him into the Republican nomination for the presidency! As I've said before, John McCain is totally corrupt and the dirt will come to the surface about him, as it already has aka his affairs etc. Once McCain loses the GOP nomination, which he hasn't even attained yet, he'll be replaced by Ron Paul! That will be a great day for all of us!]
Only Ron Paul can outflank Hillary Rodent Clinton both to the left on the war, and to the right on everything else ... which is the one winning strategy to employ in 2008.
Only Ron Paul, who is truly pro-family (married to the same woman for over 50 years, with five children and 18 grandchildren - no "trophy wives" here) can motivate the socially conservative base to actually turn out and vote.
Only Ron Paul, who wants to eliminate the IRS (and a host of other federal agencies of big government) and stop the Federal Reserve from devaluing our money through runaway, printing-press inflation, can motivate the fiscally conservative base to cast a GOP ballot in 2008.
Only Ron Paul can keep the Libertarians and Constitution Party members from splintering off to support their own third-party nominees rather than another neocon, Bush clone like McCain is. (In fact, the 2004 nominees of the Constitution Party and the Libertarian Party, Michael Peroutka and Michael Badnarik, have both already endorsed Ron Paul's candidacy.) While the LP and CP may command only a small fraction of the overall vote, that may well be enough to turn the tide in a crucial state or two. Ask any previous presidential runner if they could have used a few thousand of Ralph Nader's votes in 2000? You can bet they could have!
Yes, when you look at things objectively, there are only three candidates who can win the White House in 2008: Ron Paul, Hillary Clinton or Obama The contrast could not be more stark, nor the results for the future of America more divergent. If you are a social or fiscal conservative, a libertarian, a Constitutionalist, or just a concerned independent ... now is the time to consider your options and act accordingly while there is still time to affect the outcome!
There is only one remaining viable Republican candidate: You guessed it, Ron Paul.
[I also encourage every one to write to, or call the Republican party chairman's office and tell them that you want Ron Paul to be the GOP's nomination for the presidency. I did it about a month ago and I got a favorable response. Just be imaginative folks and do whatever you can to get Ron Paul into the Republican nomination and let's get corrupt McCain out, the guy is a total Bush slave and that should speak volumes about his character. Plus, you should read all that I've posted about McCain because he is so corrupt that he'd never do anything for the people and he'd carry on where Bush leaves off!] |

I can guarantee McCain is not going to get Montana. The are pro constitution and anti terrorist bill political supporters. I wish Tennessee would show they had some back bone and stood up for the right candidate. They are the volunteer state, but they seem to only volunteer themselves to elitists. We've come a long way from the rebel reputation they had from their forefather's days. There would have been a civil war already if our forefathers saw what was being done to the constitution they gave blood for.
I'm waiting for Montana, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania to pull through. Kentrucky isn't predictable and Pennsylvania is the home of where the constitution was either written or signed. I know my history needs some fine tuning or tuning at all! They of all states should be the last to back the warmonger murderer elitists.
Thanks for the encouragement. It's starting to look so bad right now. I'm obsessed with the idea of a depression. We are in a recession, so you know the next step is either up or down, and you can predict up or down with what candidate gets in the whitehouse.
I'm still happy regardless of what happens because let's see them go up against Ron Paul in congress where he has the right to vote on important issues and influence the president even from his position. They know they won't get a mercy vote from him. He's all about good politics. |

Hey Blackdaisies! You're certainly right about Ron Paul being a good man etc. I think he's the very best. He has what it takes to resolve our economic crisis and he's the only presidential candidate that has an idea of what to do about it, go figure? The other clowns are just puppets acting all political because most people know nothing concerning politics, and they capitalize on that. I can't imagine McCain getting anything, but that's the global elitist's job to make sure they throw a wrench in our political process by excluding the good people/politicians and including the criminal politicians. I don't think McCain will get Montana either because Montanan's are too smart to let a corrupt warmonger like him get the GOP nomination.
Whatever happens at least we'll still have Ron Paul in Congress rooting for us and supporting the Constitution! . Tennessee has a lot of illuminati/freemasons running that state but I've heard that a lot of people there supported Ron Paul and were against the illuminati/freemasons, and basically chanted to stop the New World Order when they were campaigning for Ron Paul. So the people are waking up to the corruption in our government and it has to end soon or there will be nothing left to call our country. We have to keep Ron Paul in our government too because he will work for the people and always has. I hope that McCains dirty past/present comes out and he loses the race and Ron Paul gets the nomination! Thanks for your input/comments . |

That's true, but it might not go to Ron Paul. There are still other's in the race. That would be a great day in the history of US elections to see all their efforts controlling the media around Ron Paul blow up in their faces.
I don't see it happening because we have the most corrupt piece of trash we could have in charge and they made no attempt to remove him. He's outdone McCain 20 to 1. How would they look so close at McCain and not at all at murderer Bush. He's bypassed breaking every rule the country has, but people see that as small change and nothing to worry about. We have pissed off the entire world in every country breaking every rule we made for us and them, and we still haven't been expected to prosecute who did it?
It's a strange world and we have wore our welcome thin beyond repair in any country and we rely on their imports/exports. If McCain could be as big a beast as what's in there, it would surprise me. Between the three that are more likely to get in, McCain is practically Mary Poppins. Obama and Hillary are the last thing we need in presidency. I know I'm not voting for any of the three, and I hope some how some way Paul gets a slot in there or I'll have to vote for Root. He's a young nobody associated with the entertainment business, but he's Libertarian, so that is my last choice. If I don't see Ron Paul, it surely won't be the popular three.
Here's to 4 years of good Congressmen work for Ron Paul if nothing else, but you are right. McCain is skating on thin ice. That could go back on us all and Clinton ( the queen beast) will get into office. |

Hi Blackdaisies! I know what you mean. I just keep trying to be positive and hopeful that some miraculous power will fall over this country and cause the monsters in our government to be thrown out, a new government formed with strict controls that scrutinize politicians every move. Especially after what the people here have had to endure with all this corruption. Well, not to scare anyone, but Hillary Clinton has been the elitist's choice for a long time. Obama's really corrupt but Hillary wins by a large margin. She is a beast and she is wicked. McCain is by far NO saint. His past and present are riddled with corruption and he kisses GW Bush's azz on a daily basis, it's sickening! But as I've said all three of the front runners are totally corrupt and in place because they are corrupt and part of the agenda's plan to continue where Bush/Cheney leave off. Nothing will change, just the presidential face will and a few others which follow in a new presidency. The plans for a global government will move along as if Bush/Cheney and their corrupt cronies never left office! Yeah, and our reputation is totally screwed as you've said. Hopefully the world will see that it's our corrupt leaders and not the American people who behave like undiplomatic imperialistic murderous monsters! Thanks again for your great comments/input Blackdaisies |

I've been looking at who's left as presidential republican hopefuls and there are only two. Paul and a southern black man, but I forgot his name. If McCains gets himself in lots of trouble those will be the two they choose from.
What they need for the republicans is some really bad press and criminal charges against McCain. Talk about sabotage! We can only hope! lol! I guess that would be the only miracle, but I'm not waiting for any. I've already picked my person to vote for and he's an unknown.
I agree between the three, Obama is the safest choice. Hillary can't even be in the race and McCain is insane to be talking all that war while he's in the middle of so much bad publicity for Iraq. Bush even set him real nice with a new target and set motivation for it by Venezuela almost pulling all the oil they sell to us.
Now we have to just wait and see what happens and prepare for the worst. We know there will be fuel shortages and we know there will be lots of tax hikes, plus if Clinton wins, we will be taxed into almost starvation, so it's something to prepare for now.
I'm glad you are always keeping up with good news IAM1! Your articles are always great. |

Hi Blackdaisies! I feel that it's very important that people/citizens don't settle for Obama just because they don't want Hillary. People need to choose wisely and if no one fits the bill (so to speak), they shouldn't vote at all. Settling is what the corrupt powers want people to do, and that's where a lot of citizens heads are at after and because of Bush!
Gas is going to go up and people need to start learning how to get and or make their own natural sources of fuel. Look on the net and try to contact people who make fuel from vegetable oils, etc. Try to find solar or battery powered cars. Start walking and cycling to work if you can. Be creative and use your imagination to find solutions/alternatives to the current price increases for gas/oil, food, etc. This entire crisis is being used to manipulate the people! Thanks for your nice words/compliments they mean a lot to me . |

Write-in Vote FOR Dr. Paul – and I’ll just suggest here: with Amb. Alan Keyes, in the Vice-President slot.
This is great news that he is officially a write in. I wasn't sure if it would be a vaild vote. Maybe now when they are campaigning for the next 5 months, Ron Paul will get due media for his politics. |

| Scratch Alan Keyes. He's not a good candidate. I thought it was an official Vice Presidency announcement, but Ron Paul didn't make one yet. I doubt he would make it for Keyes who is too much of a conservative. |
